Being with the weight of not enough…

I’m so glad you are here!

Before you begin, take a moment to gather the following:

  • Yourself

  • 20-mins of undisturbed time

  • Earphones if needed

  • A comfortable and safe space

  • Pen & paper (optional)

  • Your intention for deep listening

  • An open heart to receive what you learn

Once you’ve gathered the above, take a moment to reflect on the following two questions. Reflect internally, or if you prefer write down your reflections.

The first question, which will help you prepare for the practice of being the feeling of ‘not enough’ or ‘unacceptable’:

What do you find hard to accept about yourself?

This might be how you look, your body, how you feel, your abilities, talents, your achievements, or your deeply felt emotions.

The second question we come back to at the end of the practice, but worth consider here beforehand as well:

What might become possible — if you were able to accept yourself more fully? What might you be able to do? Where would you feel less held back?
